Took about an hour just to rebalance my tires because I had a vibration. But whatever they did, it was great. I had them rebalanced like 3/4mth before this at a different Conrad’s and the vibration got better but didn’t go away. After this appointment, it is driving so smooth! Front desk guy was super friendly too and chatted with me the whole time I was there. Great place.

I had a slow leak in at least a couple tires and it’s been very frustrating and I just need to not put air in them every few days. 4 tires please remove, inspect, clean rims, re seat, balance, remount, whatever. Job done. Tire light on. Check pressure. All psi off but both even between front(30) and back(22). Maybe they put manufactures psi in them? Whatever. Top off all at 36psi. Tire light off. 9:30pm 7:00am…tire light on. . . Low tire. Down to 22psi which is just about the same low tire I’ve been looking at this whole time. Well hey hotdog I got a warranty on that tire repair. I do not have a choice my sanity may depend on this. So Lfg. Back we go! Chat. Fill in guy. He says all good happy to check and stuff. Phone call sometime later: “There’s a sidewall puncture and the tire is not fixable” Gasp. “Do you want us to repla” Please no. Don’t help me anymore. I can’t take it. Now. I suppose that it is worth mentioning that when I dropped the car off. I asked just for any info when they took the tires off. I’m concerned about cracks in the rim or whatever idk. But honestly I’ve randomly Needed to put air in 1 of the 4 tires randomly but consistently for long enough tha

Very disappointed with the techs attention to detail. Repeat customer over the years, and have been very pleased. However the tires should have been wiped clean from whatever it was you used to mount, this was all over all 4 rims. But, overall, I still return. Just do better.

I would've given 5 stars until my recent experience this past weekend. I always had positive interactions with staff until Saturday. I left them a note online explaining that the cover underneath my car came loose, was dragging really bad, and I've had it fixed there a couple times. I also explained that it happened after I had my oil changed there a few oil changes ago. The manager (I've never seen her before) came out with the printed off note and one of the guys in the shop. She proceeds to rudely accuse me of being disrespectful and tampering with the cover, and that they wouldn't have messed it up when they put it back on. Then tells me to take it to a dealership because they can't do anything about it. I tried to explain that I was in no way trying to come off as disrespectful or rude, and that I was just trying to explain what needed fixed. They zip tied it up and sent me on my way, for free. Unfortunately, she was so rude and aggressive that I will be going somewhere else from now on to have my car taken care of.
